You must have thought it was smooth sailing for Rakesh Roshan after stupendous success of ‘Koi Mil Gaya’.
You thought wrong, all these years after its release Rakesh Roshan has been running around court corridors regarding a copyright case filed against him by a company called Bimmini Special Effects
They claim that the character ‘Jadoo’ was their creation and the revenue generated by merchandising the same should be theirs and not Rakesh Roshan’s.
But the court ruled the case in favor of Rakesh Roshan finally, after three years of legal battle.
